    Not only is this line not in-character for The Doctor (insofar that even with the sexism that has been in this show since the beginning he’s still appreciated women and I honestly cannot see him saying this with a straight face) but it’s not even NECESSARY for the dialogue. 

    Yes, she’s a woman and…?

    My face is the exact same as Amy’s right now to be honest.
